What do I do if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order?

Oh no! We’re sorry that happened. Shoot us an email at hello@soulprint.co.nz, and we’ll make sure your issue is fixed.

How can I return or exchange my order?

We can only take returns or exchanges for non-personalised items. But we want you to be happy with your order — please reach out to us if you have any issues.

SHIPPING

What types of shipping do you offer?

We ship worldwide from New Zealand Post International.

How can I track my shipment?

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order out, up to about 1 week after order confirmation, due to each order being custom and unique. We can’t wait for you to receive your order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Since every single one of our products is personalised to your name and date of birth, it can take up to 1 week after ordering for them to ship.
